Role & responsibilities

Credentialing & Compliance Management

- Verify and track medical licenses, registrations (e.g., State Medical Councils, Nursing Councils), and certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation to meet hospital accreditation standards (such as NABH, JCI, or ISO).
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare labor laws, patient privacy regulations, and bio-medical safety protocols.

Clinical & Non-Clinical Talent Sourcing

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for doctors, resident medical officers (RMOs), nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Conduct rigorous background verification, police clearances, and reference checks from past healthcare institutions.

Onboarding & Shift Administration

- Design hospital orientation programs covering hospital safety, infection control, and emergency code protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing superintendents and department heads to manage 24/7 rotational shifts, on-call rosters, and night-shift allowances.

Employee Relations & Wellness





- Address workplace grievances, inter-departmental conflicts, and burnout among frontline healthcare workers.
- Facilitate mental health support, duty-hour monitoring, and staff engagement initiatives to curb attrition in high-stress units (ICU, ER).

Performance & Training Administration

- Track mandatory Continuing Medical Education (CME) and clinical training hours for clinical staff.
- Facilitate annual appraisals, clinical competency evaluations, and explicit career-progression pathways for allied health staff.

Health, Safety & Statutory Benefits

- Manage staff occupational health protocols, including mandatory vaccinations (Hepatitis B, Flu shots) and post-exposure prophylaxis tracking.
- Oversee health insurance, professional indemnity coverage coordination, and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity).
