Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a mature, people-first approach to manage HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling people-related matters, resolving concerns professionally, and working closely with management and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and exit processes.
- Handle recruitment through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns with maturity, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Lead community initiatives and CSR-related employee programs.
- Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain HR policies, processes,



and documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring and people-related requirements.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven experience in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Experience in community outreach, CSR, or employee-led social initiatives will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Robust people-management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
