Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources professional to manage our end-to-end HR operations. In this role, you will lead recruitment, streamline onboarding, maintain employee records, implement policies, and foster a positive workplace environment.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate selection.
- ​Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct orientation for new hires, prepare offer letters, and handle exit interviews and paperwork.
- ​Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and promote team engagement.
- ​Performance & Policy: Assist in setting KPIs, manage annual performance reviews, and ensure company policies are transparent and followed.
- ​Attendance & Payroll Support: Track leave,



verify daily attendance, and coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing.
- ​Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

​Requirements / Qualifications:

- ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ​1–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- ​Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR tools/software.
- ​Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- ​High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
