About the Role

We’re looking for a
Senior Software Engineer
who treats engineering as structured problem-solving, not a checklist of technologies. You’ll own backend systems from design to production — modeling data, designing APIs, optimizing performance, and making architectural decisions that hold up as the system grows. The core of the role is
C# / .NET and SQL Server
, with hands-on exposure to
React / Next.js
. We care more about how you reason through complex engineering problems than whether you have worked with every technology in our stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
untangling complexity, improving existing systems, designing clean solutions, and taking genuine ownership

You’ll have meaningful influence over technical direction and will work closely with frontend, QA, AI, and product teams to deliver production-ready features.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using
C# / .NET
.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-grade code.
- Design and optimize
SQL Server
databases,



including schema design, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Design and build robust
REST APIs and backend services
.
- Contribute to
system architecture and technical design
, including:
- API contracts
- Service boundaries
- Data flow
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Performance optimization
- Work with
React.js / Next.js
to build and integrate up-to-date frontend experiences.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, AI, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Work with
OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
for search, aggregation, analytics, and high-performance querying.
- Break down ambiguous business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
- Use AI development tools such as
Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT
intelligently for planning, development,
