Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.
Experience working with corporate clients in industries such as corporate gifting, packaging, printing, branding, events, promotional merchandise, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
Proven experience handling end-to-end post-sales account management.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, retention, or account growth targets.

Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Qualified email etiquette.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with both clients and internal teams.
