Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution validation activities across multiple customer deployments.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
Drive API, UI, database, and integration testing efforts. - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
Analyze customer workflows and convert business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
Participate in HAT, UAT, Go-Live, and production support activities.
Perform root cause analysis for production and deployment issues.
Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation code for quality and maintainability.
Contribute to process improvements, automation strategy, and testing best practices.
Support customer escalations and onsite validation activities when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or solution verification.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS, robotics, warehouse management, supply chain, or industrial automation products is preferred.
