Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader, EY GDS Consulting (Assistant Director)

Are you a strategic communications advisor and a marketer? We’re looking for an Assistant Director in our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Consulting team to support the marketing and internal engagement experience — to define and execute impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees, potential employees and EY client service teams.

The opportunity

The individual would be responsible for defining and executing impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees, potential employees and EY Core Business Service teams. We work hand in hand with the business to build awareness of our services and solutions; to bring our purpose — building a better working world — to life for our people,



clients and communities; to engage our people and build a high performing culture; and to build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY and the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) brand.

Key responsibilities

Leading strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to elevate the visibility and impact of GDS services while strengthening the EY brand across all touchpoints.
Strong project management and execution capabilities, managing multiple strategic projects together.
Translate complex business strategies into explicit, measurable communication plans that drive alignment and deliver tangible results aligned with organizational goals.
Be a trusted advisor to the Technology and Business Consulting teams, providing expert guidance on navigating their strategic priorities through effective communication.
Champion collaboration by supporting GDS BMC Client Service initiatives and
