HR Intern – Seed Media

Company Seed Media Position: HR Intern Internship

Duration: 2–3 Months Stipend: ₹7,000–₹8,000 per month

About Seed Media Seed Media is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and build practical experience across different areas of Human Resources. This internship is designed to provide end-to-end exposure to HR, giving you the opportunity to understand how HR functions in a growing organization — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.

What You’ll Do

● Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms

● Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions

● Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines

● Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities

● Maintain employee records and HR documentation

● Support attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations

● Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS

● Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives

● Support performance management and employee feedback processes

● Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes

● Handle basic employee communication and HR queries

● Support employer branding and HR-related initiatives

● Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, PGDM, HR, or a related field

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Valuable organizational and coordination skills

● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

● Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

● Ability to maintain confidentiality

● Comfortable interacting with people and handling multiple tasks
