HR Intern - Operations & Analytics In this role, you will be responsible for supporting critical HR operations by ensuring accurate employee data management, facilitating payroll and employee lifecycle processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and generating insightful workforce analytics that enable effective business decision-making

Your job:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes
- Manage attendance and time office activities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of employee queries
- Assist in payroll administration, including salary cycle coordination and employee data maintenance
- Update and maintain employee records, including Master Data, Global Master Data (GMD), and HR systems
- Facilitate digital probation confirmation and other employee documentation processes
- Coordinate with vendors and support invoice processing, bill submissions, and payment tracking
- Maintain employee files and contribute to digital records management and e-filing initiatives
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, overtime, service history, diversity metrics, hiring trends, and employee movements




- Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights and support HR decision-making and participate in HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services and an enhanced employee experience

Your qualification:

- 0-1 Years experience or recently completed MBA (HR & Analytics) / MSW (HR) or an equivalent postgraduate degree in HR
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively
- Good understanding of HR Operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset with Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
