We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

- Support onboarding and documentation for new employees.

- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.

- Maintain HR files, employee records, and relevant reports with confidentiality.

- Assist with attendance, leave records, and other routine HR operations.

- Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

- Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.

- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
