Debox Technology is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in learning about Human Resources and recruitment processes. The intern will assist the HR team in hiring, employee management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Support HR team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA (HR) / B.Com / Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and employee management.
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
