HR Fresher HR Operations, Sales & Marketing
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
We are looking for an energetic HR Fresher to support HR operations along with basic sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and reports.
- Coordinate with employees and management.
- Support the sales team and monitor daily sales activities.
- Assist in marketing, promotions and customer coordination.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain databases.
- Support payroll inputs and employee queries.
Skills Required: Valuable communication, MS Excel, documentation, coordination, basic HR knowledge and interest in sales & marketing. Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred. Freshers are welcome.
