We're Hiring: Executive- HR

Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur, Malappuram

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry, with robust communication, coordination, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and other employee-related processes.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of HR data.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources / MHRM
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.




- roficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
