Job Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR reports and MIS.
- Handle employee queries and support smooth employee relations.
- Monitor and manage sales team performance, including attendance, field visits, daily/weekly reports, targets, and performance tracking.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and highlight gaps or areas requiring improvement.




- Follow up with the sales team regarding their field visit plans, customer appointments, and reporting.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and performance management processes.

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Good knowledge of Advance MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle employee and sales-team performance-related responsibilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
