- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate HR policies, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HRMIS and prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Support audits, inspections, and other HR/administrative activities.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant HR experience. Jewellery Industry experience will be given first preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
