Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
Willingness to learn HR, recruitment & business development activities
Basic understanding of accounting is preferred
Ability to coordinate with candidates, employees and clients
Proactive attitude and positive follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities and administration
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and follow-ups
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle basic accounting-related work
Coordinate with candidates regarding requirements
Identify and connect with contract-based developers/resources for client requirements
Search for suitable IT professionals based on required skills and experience
Assist with other HR and business-related tasks as required
