Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, and Business Support functions, Marketers, and Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced professionals, fresh graduates, and interns while building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Recruit professionals across Financial Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Audit, Taxation, FP&A;, Compliance, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, and Consulting roles.
- Develop and manage campus recruitment, internship, and graduate hiring programs.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and professional institutions to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives through job postings,



recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and documentation, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 25 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience are preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Finance, Consulting, CA Firms, Financial Services, Shared Service Centres (SSC), Global Capability Centres (GCC), or Recruitment Agencies will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
