About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable professional to join our team as an HR, Operations & Executive Secretary. This multifaceted role is designed for an individual who can seamlessly manage human resources functions, oversee daily office operations, and provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will act as a vital link between management, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and operational efficiency while working closely with top management.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, office administration, and executive support is essential, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment sector.

Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is required.



Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HRMS/ERP systems will be considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism are critical for success in this role.

The candidate should also exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities Human Resources

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, leave management, and HR databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate payroll processing by providing necessary inputs to the finance team and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and professional development programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
- Handle employee queries professionally, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive work environment.

Operations

- Coordinate daily administrative activities, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Monitor and optimize office workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
- Maintain operational records, generate reports, and develop dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support internal and external audits, quality assurance initiatives,



and regulatory compliance processes.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices.

Executive Secretary

- Manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of senior management efficiently.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft official correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Coordinate communication between management, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in executing special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational tasks assigned by leadership.
