Position: HR Executive

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and candidate screening
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and other HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments and support employee engagement
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Candidates with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred
