Fix Salary + Incentives

Source and screen candidates for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) roles.

Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate eligibility.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
