Job Summary
Best Deal Electricals is looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance and employee records.
- Handle recruitment and candidate screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Manage employee joining and basic onboarding formalities.
- Maintain HR files, documents, and employee information.
- Handle leave records and employee queries.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation.
- Support payroll-related information and attendance data.
- Maintain a positive and professional work workplace.
- Assist in general office administration when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment and employee coordination independently.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
