Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead all human resource functions for our resort operations. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires a strategic HR professional capable of building a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.
- Develop manpower planning strategies based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and productive work workplace.
- Maintain strong employee engagement and retention programs.

Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee productivity and development.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Conduct leadership and skill enhancement workshops.
- Ensure employees meet hospitality service standards.





HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee welfare activities and recognition programs.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
