Role & responsibilities
- Designing communication materials Creating flyers, posters, banners, invitations, and announcements using Canva or similar tools.Preparing content for employee engagement campaigns and internal communications.
- Planning and organizing events Coordinating employee events, celebrations, town halls, team-building activities, festivals, wellness programs, and recognition events.Managing registrations, logistics, vendors, attendance tracking, and event schedules.
- Employee engagement activities Running contests, surveys, games, and engagement initiatives.Supporting employee recognition programs.Gathering feedback and measuring participation.
- Internal communications Drafting emails, newsletters, and event announcements.Promoting HR initiatives across internal channels.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with5 days work from office
Knows basic of Canva
