Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations across multiple business verticals. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, strengthening people processes, supporting leadership, and managing the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple business verticals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Partner with senior management on HR planning, workforce requirements, and people-related initiatives.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the HR team.
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance to senior leadership on employee-related matters and HR processes.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
- Conduct regular employee feedback and engagement discussions.
- Oversee the Performance Management System across the organisation.
- Develop and implement talent management and employee development initiatives.




- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment through separation.
- Support employee relations and promote effective workplace practices.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across departments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in HR leadership roles.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple teams, departments, or business units.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and lead HR teams effectively.
