Job Role: HR Executive
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection.
- Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and offer-related communication.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and HR activities.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding reports.
