About the Role

We're looking for an HR Communications and Employer Branding Intern to own internal communications and employer branding collateral at Snabbit. This isn't a typical graphic design role - we need someone who can think and write like a brand person first, and design second. You'll be shaping how we talk about our culture, values, and people-story internally, and creating collateral that supports our employer brand (you won't manage external channels - our branding team owns LinkedIn and social media).

What You'll Do

- Write and design internal HR communications - policy announcements, onboarding/welcome kits, offer letter collateral, and employee spotlights
- Craft copy that captures Snabbit's voice for internal newsletters, townhalls, and culture campaigns
- Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva for internal comms, employee engagement events, and career fair collateral (for offline/internal use)




- Support employee engagement initiatives (townhalls, festivals, milestones) with communication collateral
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent teams to translate people initiatives into compelling internal stories
- Partner with the branding team when employer branding collateral needs to feed into external channels, without owning those channels directly

What We're Looking For

- Strong command over written English - you should be able to write copy that's crisp, warm, and on-brand
- Working knowledge of Canva (or willingness to get valuable at it fast)
- A "branding" mindset - someone who thinks about tone, story, and audience, not just visuals
- Enterprising freshers welcome; prior internship experience in HR, marketing, or communications is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable juggling copy and design for the same piece of content
