About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Associate to support our HR operations,

primarily focusing on recruitment and other core HR activities. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and willing to travel between branches as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks




- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel between Urapakkam and Pallavaram branches
- Flexibility to extend working hours when required
- Availability to support work on weekends (If Required)

- Self-motivated and proactive approach

- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,271.38 - ₹26,641.23 per month
