Role Description The HR & Admin Intern will support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, involving tasks such as assisting with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help with onboarding and orientation activities, support documentation of HR policies, and assist in administering employee benefits and engagement initiatives.
Administrative responsibilities include organizing office resources, managing basic correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting coordination between internal teams. The role offers exposure to HR processes, office administration, and the workings of a growing SaaS company in the AEC sector.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR)
and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic competencies in Personnel Management and employee record-keeping.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with digital tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Recent Delhi and maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
