About the Role

We are looking for a professional, well-trained, and service-oriented Housekeeping Staff / Guest Service Associate for our company guest house at Raichak.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in professional housekeeping and guest service, with a good understanding of hotel-style etiquette, room preparation, bed making, food and beverage service, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the guest house.
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to a hotel-standard level.
- Make beds properly, including changing bed linen, arranging pillows, towels, and other room amenities.
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared before the arrival of guests.
- Serve tea, coffee, breakfast, meals, snacks, water, and other refreshments professionally.
- Follow proper hotel-style food and beverage serving etiquette.
- Attend to guests politely, professionally, and promptly.
- Arrange dining tables and serve food and drinks neatly and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving items.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, toiletries, linen, and other guest supplies.
- Report any maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or housekeeping issues immediately.
- Ensure proper care and handling of furniture, furnishings,



appliances, and other guest house assets.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, cleanliness, and professional behaviour.

Required Skills & Candidate Profile: ✔ Strong practical knowledge of professional housekeeping

✔ Experience in bed making, room preparation, bathroom cleaning, linen handling, and guest room maintenance

✔ Knowledge of food and beverage service

✔ Ability to serve tea, coffee, meals, snacks, and drinks with proper etiquette

✔ Understanding of hotel or hospitality service standards

✔ Good personal grooming and hygiene

✔ Polite, disciplined, sincere, and trustworthy personality

✔ Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned duties

✔ Good communication and guest-handling skills

Qualification & Experience

- Hotel Management Degree / Diploma or professional housekeeping training will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Hotels, Resorts, Guest Houses, Clubs, Hospitality, or Premium Residential Properties will be given preference.
- Practical experience in professional housekeeping and guest service is highly desirable.
