Hotel Manager – Hiring

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to manage our hotel operations.

Location: Nadiad, Gujarat

Position: Hotel Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Highly experienced candidates preferred

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily hotel operations

- Supervise housekeeping, reception and other staff

- Maintain service and cleanliness standards

- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction - Monitor staff performance and discipline

- Manage daily reports and hotel records

- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments

Requirements:

- Previous hotel management experience required

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage staff effectively

- Responsible and disciplined

- Willing to work according to hotel requirements
