Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Hotel HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospitality HR practices, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement, and Hotel HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the hotel.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, training, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related matters.




- Monitor employee discipline, grooming, conduct, and adherence to hotel policies.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of hotel HR operations and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce and work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and employee-handling skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
