Front Office Executive – ₹25,000/Month + Accommodation

Location: The Tamarind Hotel, Anjuna, Goa

We are hiring a confident and guest-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception operations, guest experience and direct booking conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Attend incoming calls, enquiries and walk-in guests.
- Convert walk-in guests and direct enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
- Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximise revenue.
- Explain room rates, inclusions and hotel facilities confidently.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
- Coordinate with Reservations regarding arrivals, bookings and room allocation.
- Update reservations and guest details accurately in the PMS.
- Handle guest billing and payments.




- Maintain proper shift handovers and Front Office records.
- Assist guests with local information, transportation and other requirements.
- Maintain professional reception and lobby standards.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of Front Office/hotel experience preferred.
- Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong sales and guest-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and billing.
- eZee PMS knowledge will be an advantage.
- Presentable, confident and guest-focused.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
