Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Hospital Billing Executive to manage patient billing, cash transactions, insurance/TPA billing, and discharge billing while ensuring accuracy, timely documentation, and excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate OPD, IPD, and Emergency patient bills.

- Process discharge bills promptly and coordinate with concerned departments.

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.

- Process TPA, insurance, and corporate billing documentation.

- Verify billing entries, discounts, approvals, and package charges.

- Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Doctors for billing clarification.

- Generate daily billing and collection reports.

- Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

- Resolve patient billing queries professionally.





- Follow NABH documentation standards and hospital billing procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing.

- Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of TPA and insurance billing.

- Valuable communication and computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
