Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caretaker to provide one-on-one support for an elderly client in a home-care setting. The ideal candidate will prioritize the safety, comfort, and emotional well-being of the client while assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal Care: Provide assistance with daily hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Health Management: Manage medication schedules, provide reminders, and monitor basic vitals.
- Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transfers (getting in/out of bed), and bathroom/toileting needs.
- Safety & Monitoring: Maintain a safe environment to prevent falls. Monitor and report any changes in mood, appetite, or sleep patterns immediately.
- Companion Care: Engage the client in light activities such as conversation, walking, and simple memory exercises.
- Environment Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the client’s room,



laundry, and immediate living area.

Requirements:

- Experience: Open to both experienced professionals and freshers (candidates without a medical background are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Basic understanding of nursing care (taking vitals, medication handling, and recognizing symptoms).
- Attributes: High level of patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
