Job Summary

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings for Domestic and International Holiday Packages through effective customer handling, destination knowledge, customized quotation preparation and disciplined follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle holiday enquiries received through website, telephone, WhatsApp and other customer channels.

- Understand customer requirements, including destination, travel dates, budget and passenger profile.

- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday options using current destination and product knowledge.

- Prepare and share customized holiday quotations and coordinate itinerary requirements with the Product team.

- Follow up systematically with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

- Coordinate confirmed-booking requirements with Product and Operations teams.

- Maintain accurate customer, lead,



follow-up and booking records.

- Work toward assigned monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.

- Continuously develop knowledge of destinations, packages and travel products.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate preferred; Travel & Tourism / Hospitality qualification is an advantage.

- Experience: 2+ years in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, Tour Operations or a Travel Agency.

Technical / Functional Skills

- Holiday sales and lead conversion.

- Customer handling, communication and follow-up.

- Destination and product knowledge.

- Quotation preparation and coordination with Product/Operations.

CRM / lead records and basic MS Office
