- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US insurance clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance policies,



claims, and account information.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
