Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role in Life Insurance, based in Pune City, for experienced professionals with 8–20 years of relevant background.

The Product

Manager will lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of life insurance products, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with actuarial,



underwriting, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define product features, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product launches. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing portfolio metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance profitability and customer value.

The Product

Manager will also prepare product documentation and presentations, support training and go-to-market initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals, with a preferred notice period of immediate to 30 days and CTC up to ₹30 LPA.
