POSITION: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: 1–3 Years

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Diploma / ITI

Salary : 15k to 30 k depending upon experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Purchase of raw materials, components, and consumable items.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and timely delivery.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices with vendors.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and documents.
- Coordinate with Store, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely material procurement.
- Monitor pending Purchase Orders and material deliveries.
- Knowledge of Tally is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Basic knowledge of Purchase & Vendor Management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Tally knowledge is preferred.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace.
