Job Position: Data Annotation Specialist Chemistry (AI & LLM Projects)

Role Overview As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will use your Chemistry expertise to support the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models. Your work will contribute to improving the accuracy, reasoning, scientific knowledge, and overall performance of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Annotate, review, and validate Chemistry-related datasets for AI and LLM training.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical reasoning, and technical correctness.
- Create, refine, and review prompts to improve AI model performance.
- Apply Chemistry expertise to solve annotation and AI model evaluation tasks.




- Ensure annotations meet required quality, accuracy, and consistency standards.
- Follow project guidelines and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
- Provide feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle project data responsibly.
- Learn and adapt to current AI tools, workflows, and annotation guidelines.

Preferred Profile

- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pursuing or Completed
- Strong academic knowledge and understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
- Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor on a task-based model.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web-based tools.
- Willingness to learn and work with emerging AI technologies.

Added Advantage

- Experience in Data Annotation projects.
- Exposure to LLMs or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering or AI model evaluation.
- Research publications or academic research experience.
- Scientific content review or technical writing experience.
