Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for early-career talent and fresh graduates. In this role, team members will support performance marketing initiatives, assist in managing marketplace and quick commerce operations, and contribute to optimizing online storefronts and user journeys. Daily responsibilities may include data collection and reporting, basic campaign execution, coordination with internal teams,



and helping improve processes for brand growth across digital and physical channels.

Freshers will receive guidance and training, collaborate closely with mentors and cross-functional teams, and be encouraged to learn modern growth practices and contribute ideas in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in performance marketing, e-commerce, and brand growth, with a willingness to learn tools and platforms used in these domains.
- Comfort with data, including basic analysis, working with spreadsheets, and interpreting performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and documenting work clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in business, marketing, commerce, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and openness to feedback, with a drive to build a career in digital, retail, or growth-focused roles.
