Job Summary:

As part of our team expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of diverse experience in financial functions such as accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role is instrumental in driving our financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning in the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advanced Accounting Functions:
- Lead the maintenance and reconciliation of complete and accurate ledger accounts.
- Oversee financial transactions and statement preparation in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement robust accounting policies and control mechanisms.

- Comprehensive Auditing:
- Design and conduct comprehensive internal audits, ensuring adherence to financial procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual financial audits.
- Analyze audit findings and implement recommendations to enhance financial processes and controls.

- Expertise in Taxation:
- Prepare, examine, and submit tax documents, ensuring compliance with both local and international tax laws.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to management.
- Monitor legislative changes in tax laws, assessing their impact on company operations.

- Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure strict compliance with all financial statutory requirements, including the filing of company returns.
- Handle statutory registrations, renewals,



and documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance and reporting matters.

- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare regular financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial status.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant certification from a recognized accounting body.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance, preferably in an international setting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
