We are looking for a Helper to support our Industrial Automation team in installation, assembly, wiring, maintenance, and project-related activities.

The candidate will work under the supervision of technicians and engineers and will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day technical and site activities. The role requires discipline, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist technicians and engineers with industrial automation projects.
- Support machine installation, assembly, wiring, and commissioning activities.
- Assist with electrical panel assembly and wiring work.
- Support cable laying, routing, tagging, and component installation.
- Handle tools, materials, electrical components, and equipment as instructed.
- Support technicians during customer-site installation and service work.
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in an organized condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions at all times.
- Perform general technical and site-support activities as required.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, commissioning, and service work when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Standard / Higher Secondary completed.
- ITI, Diploma,



or technical qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as an electrical helper, technician helper, fitter helper, or industrial helper will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a technical background and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical tools and components is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Physically fit for industrial and site-related work.
- Willingness to work at customer factories and project sites.
- Willingness to travel as required for projects.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical work.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical tools.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment or machinery.
- Interest in electrical and industrial automation work.
- Good work discipline and attention to safety.
