WE ARE HIRING – HEALTH INSURANCE TELECALLING EXECUTIVE Position Health Insurance Sales Executive – Telecalling Salary - Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month - Salary will be applicable as per company performance and policy terms.

Target - Minimum Target: 10 Health Insurance Policies/Month - Expected Target: 10–12 Health Insurance Policies/Month 3-Day Trial Period - Trial Duration: 3 Days - Trial Target: Minimum 1 Successful Health Insurance Policy Sale - Successful completion of the trial is mandatory for final selection.

- Candidate's sales ability, customer handling and product knowledge will be evaluated during the trial. Job Responsibilities – Telecalling - Company-provided customer data/leads par customers ko call karna.
- Customers ko Health Insurance plans aur benefits ke baare mein explain karna.
- Customer requirements understand karke suitable insurance plan suggest karna.
- Interested customers ke saath regular follow-up karna.
- Telecalling ke through sales conversion achieve karna.
- Policy application aur documentation process mein customers ko assist karna.
- Daily calling aur sales activity report maintain karna.
- Company guidelines aur applicable insurance compliance follow karna.

Requirements - Minimum 6 Months Experience in Insurance Sales / Health Insurance Field is Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Smartphone, WhatsApp aur basic online application ka knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/insurance sales experience will be preferred. Lead/Data Policy - Company customer data/leads provide karegi.
- Candidate ko company-provided data par telecalling karke customers generate aur sales convert karni hogi.
- Candidate ko apne personal sources ya data arrange karne ki requirement nahi hai.

Details - Job Type: Full-Time - Work Profile: Telecalling - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Weekly Off: Sunday - Role: Target & Performance Based Important Terms - Salary company policy aur applicable performance terms ke according applicable hogi.
