Role Description The Health and Wellness Head will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of corporate wellness programs for clients, ensuring they align with Medifit’s mission and business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and wellness coaches to deliver integrated health promotion initiatives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing program delivery at client sites, monitoring health outcomes, managing wellness events, and ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards. The role involves mentoring and guiding wellness teams, reviewing data and feedback to refine services,



and contributing to strategic planning for new offerings. The Health and Wellness Head will also represent Medifit in client meetings, provide expert recommendations on preventive health measures, and support business development with wellness insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, employees, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health and Health Promotion to design safe, preventive, and impactful wellness initiatives.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine or related health sciences to interpret health data and guide evidence-based program decisions.
- Relevant experience in corporate wellness, healthcare management, or employee benefits programs, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Ability to analyze program metrics, prepare reports, and use data to drive continuous improvement in wellness outcomes.
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external partners or vendors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Occupational Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indian corporate work culture and regulatory requirements related to workplace health and safety is an advantage.
