ROLE PURPOSE The Head – Strategy and Transformation will support on delivery of Global Projects (across our entities in US, UK, Asia, India), support M&A;/partnership related engagements and orchestrate Value accrual programs that improve productivity, digital adoption and cost optimization.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Global Projects Delivery:

- Defining project scope, developing a project plan, tracking progress through regular governance and coordinating tasks across different functions and teams across the organization
- Monitor Project Health, Benefits realization and KPIs for the initial setup phase.
- Engage team colleagues at various levels – Business leaders, Project Managers and functional teams
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately with an endeavor to mitigate them for smooth achievement of the project deliverables.




- Iron out cross functional risks and inter-dependencies for smoother execution
- Prepare Executive Leadership Reports, Governance frameworks and decision logs

Partnerships

- Support M&A; and strategic partnerships for long term sustainable value
- Collaborate with CXOs of different entities to explore and evaluate possible inorganic initiatives
- Keep abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets /regions to identify potential for new revenue opportunities

Value Accrual

- Orchestrate the roll out of pan-global productivity /cost initiatives that are focused on long term structural cost advantage for the company and customers.
- Cross Deploy best practices across entities that can lead to shorter learning curves

Run a set of common continuous improvement programs spanning across entities to bring about cultural and behavioral change

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- 10+ years of experience in strategic transformation, consulting, or change leadership, with a solid preference for background in services sector.
- Prior experience in management consulting (top-tier or reputed firms preferred) is added advantage.
- Strong consulting and analytical mindset, proven experience in leading large-scale transformations, and the ability to execute strategy with measurable outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholders, and act as a change agent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
