We are looking for an experienced Head Purchase & Stores to lead procurement, vendor management, inventory control, stores operations, cost optimization, and material planning for our dairy manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete Purchase & Stores operations.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, spares, consumables, and services.
- Develop vendors and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability and optimum inventory levels.
- Manage stores, stock control, FIFO/FEFO, and ERP records.
- Drive cost reduction and procurement efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Lead and develop the Purchase & Stores team.
- Ensure compliance with company, ISO, FSSAI, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in Purchase & Stores.
- Robust experience in Dairy / FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, negotiation, and team leadership.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations is an added advantage.
