Role Overview

We are looking for a senior leader to own organizational effectiveness and organizational design as the company scales toward 1000+ employees.

This role will be responsible for assessing the current organization, designing scalable team structures and operating frameworks, and leading the implementation of organizational changes that support sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with senior leadership, diagnosing organizational challenges, and developing practical solutions that improve team structure, operating clarity, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities

Organizational Assessment

- Assess the current organizational structure and identify structural gaps, inefficiencies, and scaling challenges
- Conduct organizational diagnostics across teams and business functions
- Provide recommendations to improve organizational clarity, accountability, and team effectiveness

Organizational Design

- Design scalable organizational structures aligned with business strategy
- Define team structures, role architecture, and reporting frameworks
- Develop frameworks that support clear ownership, decision-making, and accountability

Operating Model Development

- Develop and refine operating models across key business functions
- Improve collaboration frameworks, decision-making structures, and execution alignment
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, team structures, and operational execution

Workforce Planning

- Build strategic workforce planning models and headcount frameworks
- Identify future capability needs and leadership gaps
- Partner with leadership to build teams that scale effectively with business growth

Organizational Analytics

- Develop organizational dashboards and workforce insights




- Analyze workforce metrics such as team composition, headcount distribution, and organizational efficiency
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations

Implementation & Transformation

- Lead implementation of organizational design changes and transformation initiatives
- Partner with leadership teams to implement recent team structures and operating frameworks
- Support leaders through organizational restructuring and scaling initiatives

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

- 1015 years experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, operating model development, workforce planning, or organizational transformation
- Proven ability to independently diagnose organizational challenges and design scalable solutions
- Experience supporting organizations scaling to 500–1000+ employees
- Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end organizational design initiatives from assessment through implementation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
- Ability to work independently and drive organizational initiatives across functions

Preferred Background

- Experience in high-growth technology or product companies
- Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or operating model roles
- Experience leading organizational transformation or operating model redesign
- Experience working in rapidly scaling organizations or startups
- Experience collaborating with product, technology, and business leadership teams
