Function: Operations & Maintenance

Level: Head – O&M; / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the Company as the Head of O&M; at site and ensure compliance with contractual, operational and statutory requirements.
- Understand the Scope of Work, project deliverables, KPIs, manpower requirements and contractual obligations.
- Lead managers, supervisors and site teams to ensure smooth O&M; operations.
- Plan and monitor preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure high equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
- Monitor O&M; KPIs, maintenance performance and service quality and implement corrective actions.
- Plan manpower, spares, tools, equipment and other resources.
- Control spare inventory, major spare lifecycle, refurbishment plans and maintenance costs.
- Lead RCA and CAPA for major breakdowns, recurring failures and operational deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, client and company requirements.




- Manage client relationships, complaints, enquiries and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, productivity and cost-reduction initiatives .
- Recruit, train, develop and retain site employees.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and workforce coordination.
- Maintain operational, maintenance and manpower records and provide regular MIS to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong experience in O&M; management at large industrial/project sites .
- Proven experience managing large teams and client-facing operations.
- Strong knowledge of preventive/breakdown maintenance, RCA, CAPA, KPI management and cost control.
- Valuable leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in Aluminium, metals, manufacturing, mining or other heavy industries would be relevant.
