Compensation & Availability

- Budget (CTC): 30-35 LPA (stretchable up to 40 LPA for the right candidate).

Role & Priority

- Position: Senior Sales Head (Bangalore location).

- Priority Level: Highest priority role to be closed within 15 days. All other active mandates (Project Manager, Service Manager, Key Account Manager) are paused until this is fulfilled.

Candidate Profile & Experience

- Total Experience: 15-20 years.

- Age Limit: 40-45 years

- Regional Experience: Robust South India sales track record (e.g., Regional Sales Manager - South) initially, with Pan-India capability.

- Domain / Technical Background:
- ICT Domain: Networking products (routers, switches, wireless tech, video conferencing) and/or Physical Security Solutions (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, PA systems, boom barriers).

- Sales Model: Direct B2B / Corporate sales and hands-on team handling. Pure channel sales profiles will not be accepted.
