- Executing the production schedule — machines, manpower, in-process quality, daily output
- Running structured daily reviews so plan vs actual is visible, not discovered late
- Machine uptime, rejection/rework, and cost discipline
- Building a second line on the floor — supervisors who can run shifts without you standing there
What we're looking for:
- 8–12 years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years leading a shop floor team
- Someone who comes prepared with a cause when something goes wrong — not just a report of what happened
- Comfortable owning numbers, not just output
